Hello,
I don't know how many people actually read this blog but everyone who is I thank all of you for touching my life this past 10'-11' academic year and making it one of the best years yet. Every single person I've met, befriended, created a bond with or even drifted away from has made an impact on me this year and helped me become a better person.
Many years ago when i was just a preteen I was not a happy person, I would even venture to say a miserable person. I never smiled and wanted to talk or interact with people. I've noticed, however, that as the years have come and gone each one has been better than the one preceding it. I have become happier, more confident and all around a person I can be more proud of.
Stony Brook has been a big part of my life and my happiness these last three years and I couldn't imagine being anywhere else (sure It has it's flaws but so does anything). Just last summer I couldn't believe my awesome sophomore was coming to an end and I was convinced that there was no way Junior year would top it but somehow it may have just done that.
This year I have traveled, been a leader, been a friend, been helped, helped others, found a tentative career path, created life-long bonds, jumped at opportunities, had people jab at my heart, laughed, cried, had small panic attacks, had laughing fits, been so busy I don't know how I managed and most of all found myself smiling more this year then I ever have in the past.
If I could hold onto this academic year an make it last just a few weeks longer I would but I know this isn't possible. I will always hold onto all the memories I have made this year and smile at each one, good or bad. I now look forward to the future and wonder if thing could get even better.
Good Bye Junior year, lets see what you got Senior year!!!
Love <3,
Chloe
P.S. I know i've strayed from this 30 day challenge >.< I'll get back to it i promise!!!

5 pet peeves
ok, so Im obviously really bad at keeping up with this sooo yea I'll just do this at my own pace, okay? good :)
my Pet Peeves:
1. When someone cracks their whole body - Not just their knuckles once or twice but when someone cracks their necks, backs, toes and everything in between
2.When a food establishment makes my food wring in some way- I don't know why but my food must be perfect
3. Chewing really loudly- especially if you are in a quiet eating area
4.Giving away part of a movie- if im watching a film, let me watch it! dont give anything away!
5. Doing group projects in class- there is always one or two people doing more work than the others no matter how it is divided
Ps- RIP pet Peeve. Peeve was a fish that belonged to Saida and I about a year ago, we miss you!

My views on mainstream music:
Two blog posts in a day?? Its crazy right?
I would first like to say I like a lot of mainstream music. I feel that many people do as well even if they do not admit to it. Sure no one is going to like every song on the radio but the whole point of mainstream music is to get stuck in you head and have you singing. I feel that a lot of the musicians on the radio now do have talent and some are just lucky enough to be signed by a music label. Some truly love music and performing while others are just in it for the money and it is up to the consumer to make the decision for him or herself as to who to listen to. On that note I am sooooooooooooooooo excited that Bruno Mars is coming to stony brook this friday! So enjoy some mainstream music that has been stuck in my head for days:

Things I want to say to an ex...
oh before I start this post I realize that blog has been kinda abandoned recently but I have been really busy ( not a good excuse I know)
Anyways, "things you would say to an ex". I put a lot of thought into this post and how I want to answer it. First i would like to say the whole romantic relationship department in my life is something I neglect. For one reason or another it just happens to not be very high on my priority list and usually gets forgotten about. So being that there aren't too many "ex's" there is not too much to express. That said, I have thought of something I would like to say to an ex and here it goes:
At first I wasn't sure if I liked you but I was curious so things developed. What we had was great. To this day I am unsure of my feelings for you but I do know that some of your words did hurt. Did I really have value to you? Why would you tell me about another person you felt so strongly about and then dismiss "us"? I know I can be unavailable at times but our experience together meant something, I hope you (at least some of the time) felt the same way.
